GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery.
REFUNDS GRANTED (IF ANY)
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return (product price + delivery price). Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:
You will send your drone to our supplier (address indicated on your package). The return is at your expense. Once our supplier has received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that it has been received. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 96 hours. You will receive a refund of the total amount spent on your order which includes the price of the product as well as the cost of delivery to your home. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
